Please telephone or check availability prior to completing the Online Booking Form. Deposit of £100 is required and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

Your booking will be accepted upon receipt of the Booking Form and the relevant payment. If the dates that you have requested are already booked before I receive the form, I will phone you and offer alternative dates, or if this is not suitable I will return all monies paid.

To allow for cleaning of the property bookings are from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival and departure times for ‘off-peak’ bookings are flexible by prior arrangement.
A £100 deposit is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
